Dear Mr. Daigle
Recently your company completed refurbishment of Brewer Fire
Department Engine 302. The project was to repair electrical
issues and body wear and damage on the truck. Also included
in the project was the conversion of some pump operating
valves from push/ pull levers to hydraulic operation. Once
all that work was completed you were to paint the entire
truck.
In recent years our experience with fire truck manufacturers
and fire truck repair facilities has been very poor. Almost
none of the manufactures or facilities we have been doing
business with have lived up to our expectations. Most of
what we have received has been broken promises, incomplete
and poor quality workmanship.
What a pleasant surprise the result of working with your
staff has been. The product we received back was fabulous.
The truck looks great, runs better that could be expected
and you have already proven you will support your product.
With any project involving the degree of difficulty of the
refurbishment of 302 no one expected the truck to come back
without needing a few adjustments. As expected when 302
arrived it did need a few things adjusted. The surprise was
that the truck came with three great guys who worked with us
for half the day and the adjustments were complete. No other
sales or service entity has ever provided service that good
to this department.
One other pleasant surprise at Autotronics is your staff.
They were all friendly, all very open to helping us and (in
this day of many rather unkempt looking employees in many
work places) a neat clean group. I thank you for letting us
work with them.
Please show the pictures of our 1990 Pierce / 2007
Autotronics fire engine to any one and every one you like.
Also send any one you want to me for a recommendation
regarding Autotronics.
Please accept our thanks for a job more than well done and
please extend that thanks to your staff.
Sincerely,
Rick Bronson
