- Module Disassembly:

- Removal of Exterior Scene/Emergency Lighting
- Removal of Door/Compartment Handles & Vents
- Removal of Rub/Bump Rails & Fender Trim
- Removal of Diamond Plate Cladding & Splash
Guards
- Initial Paint Preparation
- Painting of Module Face at New Chassis/Module
Contact Area as Required
- Mounting of Module
- Module Lowered Onto New Chassis
- Alignment of Module
- Fastening of Module to Chassis
- Connection of Electrical Wiring and Chassis
Electrical Modifications
- Connection of Heat & A/C Lines
- Paint Preparation & Painting of Body & Module as
Required
- Removal of Exterior Compartment Doors &
Hinges
- Module Corrosion Repair and Paint Preparation
- Painting of Module & Chassis as Required
- Reassembly of Module
- Reinstallation of Rear Bumper/Step Bumper
- Reinstallation of Exterior Scene/Emergency
Lighting (New Lighting as Required)
- Reinstallation of Exterior Compartment Doors,
Hinges, & Handles (New Hardware as Required)
- Reinstallation of Rub/Bump Rails & Fender
